Registration for all Felt Frenzies is necessary.
Payment is required at time of booking, and your attendance cannot be confirmed until payment is received.
We ask for payment to please be made by Direct Deposit, as we cannot accept cash on the day. Please make sure to include your name when making the payment. Cost is $20 per person.
A one-off free attendance at Felt Frenzies is available for those who would like to attend to learn what our group is all about. Please note this free attendance is for observation only.

Demonstration of Shibori Techniques – Rita Caspersz
Shibori : ‘to wring’ or ‘to squeeze’ a form of Japanese resist dyeing.
Techniques : Kanoko, Nui, Itagine, Kumo Shibori
To make your own sample of the different techniques, a white felt scarf would be suitable. White cotton or silk, washed and dried, could also be used.
Other items needed : rubber bands (small and medium), twine, binder clips or clamps, small objects (river pebbles, beads, marbles) small balsa wood or plastic squares, clothes pegs, icypole sticks.
Needle and thread for stitching. (Nui Shibori)
