Registration for all Felt Frenzies is necessary.
Payment is required at time of booking, and your attendance cannot be confirmed until payment is received.
We ask for payment to please be made by Direct Deposit, as we cannot accept cash on the day. Please make sure to include your name when making the payment. Cost is $20 per person.
A one-off free attendance at Felt Frenzies is available for those who would like to attend to learn what our group is all about. Please note this free attendance is for observation only.

At this felting frenzy, Rita will demonstrate how to make a Merino cob-web scarf. The scarf is very light-weight, but also very warm.
If you would like to make the scarf on the day, below is a list of items you will need to bring along. If you wish to buy fibre, the fibre shop will be open for purchases.

- one 2m (80”) long continuous piece of wool top.
- about 5g – 8g of silk fibre (top, hanky, throwster)

- bubble wrap 2m x 50cm
- sheet of 1 mil or 2 mil plastic 2m x 40cm (painters’ drop sheet from Bunnings)
- piece of polyester curtain 2m x 40cm
- pool noodle 50cm for rolling
- ties (elastic or stocking)
- plastic bottle (with holes in lid) or Ball Braiser for soapy water
- dishwashing liquid and olive oil soap
- a piece of mesh – to spread water on wool
- 2 towels
- black waterproof marker
- measuring tape
